I am a technical product manager with more than 12 years of experience. I work on the part most products get wrong: deciding what to build, defining it precisely, and making sure it reaches the people it was meant for.
I write the requirements, set the scope, define how success is measured, and stay with the product through launch and operation. I build with AI, which lets me carry an idea from the first conversation to a running product without it being handed between teams.
I work in Arabic and English, and most of what I have built serves the Saudi market: platforms handling subscriptions and payments, measurement frameworks for leadership, company sites and mobile apps.

Problem
Arabic word games that start instantly and are played with friends, without a sign-up blocking the start.
What was built
A mobile app with Word Race and Crossword, automatic matchmaking between players, guest play with no sign-up, optional Apple or Google sign-in to keep your history on any device, and control over privacy, appearance and language.

Server-rendered in Arabic and English with a full right-to-left layout, a strict content security policy, a design system with no loose values, and an automated test suite that gates every change. I directed it end to end with AI: I wrote the requirements and made the decisions — not the code.
